Let’s talk about leaders

A proponent of peace and wisdom? A person of knowledge and trustworthiness? A mind focused on logical decisions and the rejection of conceit?

Women Leaders and Traits

All of those qualities would certainly fit the bill, as would a heart that places the well-being of others before itself. At a clinic like Parsa Mohebi Hair Restoration, where patients are always our first priority, great leadership is an absolute must.

Along with the traits mentioned above, we may add excellent organizational skills and a keen ear for listening.

Women Leaders Make A Difference

For anything related to great leadership, we have never hesitated to look toward women leaders as proper examples. It’s one of the reasons we’re happy to include them in our staff. Not only have they proven effective at leadership by a gentle hand, but they continue to make helpful suggestions to other colleagues in charge, and shine a little light in places we may otherwise not have noticed.

Remember the story of the big truck that got stuck beneath an overpass? It seemed the ground clearance could not accommodate the load being hauled. So there was the truck, jammed beyond hope, in a pouring gale. At a total loss, the driver called for automotive assistance.

A group of men showed up. But they, too, could not figure out how to get the truck free. Then by chance, a family of five drove by in a station wagon. In the back of the wagon was a little girl who noticed the trucker’s plight. She stuck her head out the window and suggested he let the air out of the truck’s massive tires, lowering it to the point where it could be backed out of the tunnel. The suggestion worked, and everyone rejoiced.

Let’s talk about hair health, hair loss, and more

This may be only a story, but here at Parsa Mohebi Hair Restoration we’ve seen plenty of issues solved by women, who’ve looked upon them from a unique perspective, and discovered hitherto unseen solutions. Our female patients tend to be more comfortable discussing their issues with female staff members, and with good reason.

Ladies suffering from pattern hair loss have a particularly difficult time coping. They may feel like they’re losing a key element of their femininity. This is a man’s problem, they may tell themselves, why is it happening to me? A consultation with one of our female staff members is often just the ticket to provide women patients with courage and comfort right when they need it the most.

Parsa Mohebi Hair Restoration clinics are located in the multi-cultural areas of Los Angeles and San Francisco. This allows us to treat patients of different genders and ethnic tracings. We’re elated to have women on board with an excellent background in hair restoration procedure techniques, as well as terrific communication skills, as a reinforcement to this surrounding culture which has increased in both strength and size over the past 20 years.

We will continue the tradition—which has been all too late in coming—with great honor for what it stands for.
